tbjeeplead.jpgThe month of June was action packed with some great racing throughout the month. We brought you full race coverage from events at three different tracks; thanks to the folks at Bonne Terre, Ionia, and WMSD for all the hospitality. It makes it easy for us to do our job with such helpful folks to ensure that we are taken care of allowing us to keep us focused on keeping our readers informed.

As to on the track matters, the Pro Truck Nationals series continued to build momentum with another great show at Bonne Terre, Missouri. A huge 3.5 Index class and competitive Pro Truck category head lined an impressive race program. The track put on an exceptional show for a packed house putting it up there with the best races we’ve seen in 2009. The PTN crew also helped put together a small show at West Michigan Sand Dragway on Friday night before the 4th of July Saturday race with a 3.5 Index and ATV class. Some outside the box thinking promotion drew in a large number of area tourists, which enjoyed a quick and efficient program. The one and a half hour program of these two classes left the crowd wanting more. NSDN will be on-site as the PTN series closes out their 2009 schedule with events on back-to-back weekends at Ionia and WMSD to round out July.
